The manufacturing is carried out employing Dies, Zigs and Fixtures. Cutting, bending and pressing is done on high precision machines so as to achieve precision, quality and interchangeability.The Body of the Steel Almirah is made from 22 G CRCA sheet.
The doors of almirah are made from 20 G CRCA sheet which are further reinforced with 20 G CRCA sheet stiffeners. These stiffeners are spot welded with the doors to avoid any distortion& waviness. The doors are fixed with the 3 nos. special pin type hinges. The height of the feet from ground is 130 mm .The Almirah is equipped with four fixed
shelves manufactured from 22 G CRCA sheet, thereby making five compartments in the Almirah. The steel shelf is capable of carrying a uniformly distributed load of 80 kg. The lock is five lever un-pick able type. The handle is made from a non-ferrous metal alloy, chrome plated Steel welding wherever required, is be done by MIG welding process to minimize distortion and for the deep penetration of the weld.
